Arbatax Park Resort - Telis

We stayed in room 775 from the 10.-20.09.2025. We came back to this eco resort in Sardinia for the second time because we loved it so much the first time – and again, it exceeded all expectations. The resort is beautifully built on the hills with small bungalows, so you feel immersed in nature rather than staying in a large hotel complex. The beaches at the hotel are absolutely stunning. They form small natural pools, perfect for children. Our daughter even learned to swim here, in the crystal-clear blue water full of fish. We also enjoyed many of the activities offered: sports classes, canoeing, stand-up paddling, kids club, and visits to the zoo and farm. A real highlight for us was the Sardinian night, with traditional food and beautiful handcrafted products. On top of all that, the staff was always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful – which made our stay feel even more special. We also made lots of friends during our holiday and are already planning to come back next year. We were once again so overwhelmed by the beauty of this location that we even asked if it would be possible to get married here – that’s how special this place feels. This is a huge territory with a lot of things to do without even leaving the property. Parking, 8 swimming pools, 6 beaches: stony and sandy. Area with animals: donkeys, horses, wild pigs, different birds and many more. It’s a place where people come with their kids and enjoy the services offered. They have animation and excursions for kids, it’s nice. Also Nice beans coffee station at the breakfast. WiFi only by the pool, reception or bars. This is positive I think, on vacation, we shouldn’t be hanging in our phones :) For us it was just me and my boyfriend. We rented a car, so reaching out to the hotel and then to eat in Tortolì (closest) city wasn’t hard. Also we did everything by walk within the hotel, everything is quite reachable. Also special thanks to Daniele and Simone, these guys were amazing with helping us with luggage, small rides within hotels. They are very kind and professional, we didn’t even have cash to give, the simply like what they do and very nice with guests.

Amazing location, the property is massive. They were very quick to replace a broken air conditioner and 2 non-functioning refrigerators. Rooms were spotless. Nice pools and beaches everywhere, all were clean and with lifeguards. Breakfast wasn't bad and included cook to order. Everyone was friendly and no wait to check in, they give you a van from your car to the room at checkin and checkout. Drink and food prices are on par with everywhere else. Even includes a wildlife area with horses, donkeys, sheep, etc - great walking with views before it gets too hot in the morning.

1.Communication with hotel getting rapidly answering. 2.Warmth welcome with staffs when arrived at hotel with cleaned room. 3.The foods are buffets but delicious and varietities kind of breakfast/dinner.(half board) 4.For the holiday with family have various activities for all ages.(Hotel-telis) for example kid club, Aqua Gym (I love it alot, please keep doing it.) Kid theater.(Kid show dancing),Yoka.It suit with all ages. 5.The hotel provides 3 kind of swimming pools which suit with all kind customers but I love the pool which nearly the bar that I can buy drinks and ice cream for my son the most, and there had the music every evening with live DJ. it is very good to join with people like pool bar party :) 6.The pools with rescuer is available all pool, they helps organize the seats for everybody equally,it makes the rules of a pool strenght and it made us impression, because he did a good job,and everybody can use the seat. 7.Cleaned room/place. 8.Hair dryer providing in bathroom. 9.Shampoo,soap in bath room for customers. 10.Towels rental is available in this hotel (very nice colour,i like blue :) ) 11.Nice place , all alongs the way are cover with mediteranien flowers and tree, it makes the way for walking is not too hot during the day /it is the paradise places inside the resort. 12.Manifique beaces , blue colour for sofar at midday (Le palm). it suit for familiy to swim together , ages, transparence water and good for the kids who wanted to do snorkering or playing with the sand and rocks.

Had an amazing time in this resort! Their shuttle bus picked us up at Cagliari airport, it's a 1,5 hour drive and 50 euro per person but totally worth it compared to the public bus option, which takes about 5-6 hours according to Google. Gotta book a week in advance though. At the resort we got a free upgrade to a better room not far from the beach, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was very nice - the room, the food, the beaches, the staff was very helpful. Absolutely loved this place!
